Details on MRA's LineWatch Service

LineWatch receives billing invoices and vendor back-up directly from your agency, checks all the paperwork, and posts charges against approved amounts by category.
Of significance, actual costs are monitored on a line-by-line basis, to prevent the unauthorized switching of production funds from one cost category to another.
Clean bills are MRA-stamped and forwarded to your accounts payable department within 2-3 days of receipt.
Agency invoices that have issues (such as mistakes, missing/incorrect back-up, or unapproved overages) are held until they are satisfactorily resolved.
