At the storyboard or layout stage, we can help estimate the cost of production, highlight cost drivers and potential issues, and suggest alternate ways to achieve the same end-result while saving money.
We participate in prebid discussions with the brand and agency to ensure everyone has the same vision for the commercial in terms of content, quality level, and cost.
We review all the costs to ensure they are reasonable and in line with industry standards. Where warranted, we negotiate costs and resolve any issues on the client's behalf.
We're available to assist with preproduction meetings and the resolution of any cost overages or production issues that develop.
After the spot is completed, we do a post-production review to assess the production from quality, process, and cost perspectives to serve as learning for the future.
